Uninsured Services
Not all services are covered by your BC medical service plan. Certain examinations or forms are not covered, and have associates fees to complete. This includes most forms or notes such as sick notes, as well as occupational and driver's examinations. Please see the chart below for an overview of the most common unisured services, or call the office for more detailed information.
Online booking
We are pleased to offer online booking through Ocean. To book online please have your healthcare card ready. Please note that only clinic patients can book online, if you do not have a family doctor, you can register on the centralized waitlist linked below, or you may call 8-1-1 for assistance.
* Dr Bailey, Residents, Locums, the Mental Wellness Clinician, and the Clinic Nurse are not bookable online.
Centralized Waitlist
Our Clinic is not currently accepting new patients. Creston has a centralized waitlist to connect new physicians with patients, and is ran independently from our clinic. In order to register for a new physician, you can either call 8-1-1 or click the link below. Our staff cannot assist with the waitlist, nor can we check your status on it.
